One page. Activities and leadership first, then service, honors and work. Say what she did rather than only naming the club — “Section leader, marching band, 40 underclassmen” reads better than “Marching band”. Include GPA if it helps her. Leave off anything she would not want to be asked about in a five-minute conversation.
Before you print a stack of them
Check what your campus actually accepts. Some councils collect a resume with registration, and at least one large campus does not accept resumes at the council level at all — printing a boxed packet there is money spent on nothing. Confirm with your own Panhellenic office first; see the campus pages for what we could verify and when we checked it.
