Fees
The 2026 cycle listed a $375 registration fee, with an optional add-on package at $185. Confirm the current amount at registration.
Academic requirement
No Panhellenic-wide minimum GPA was published for registration. Individual chapters set their own academic standards.
What they accept
Resume, photo and recommendation materials are accepted but were listed as optional. Chapters may still ask for them.

Convocation → Philanthropy → Sisterhood → Preference → Bid Day
Timeline
- Registration opens (Early May) — The 2026 cycle opened May 1 at 10:00 a.m. Central. Expect a comparable date and confirm on the Panhellenic registration page.
- Upload resume and photo (May–June) — Optional at the council level, but most PNMs complete them at registration rather than later.
- Request recommendation letters (May–June) — Alumnae need weeks, not days. Start as soon as your chapter list is settled.
- Registration closes (Summer) — The exact 2026 close date could not be re-verified — the page had already rolled over to the next cycle. Confirm it on the registration page.
- Early move-in (Early August) — Recruitment participants move in well before the rest of campus.
- Recruitment rounds (Mid-August) — Convocation, then Philanthropy, Sisterhood and Preference days.
- Sign the MRABA (After Preference) — Required by the National Panhellenic Conference after Preference.
- Bid Day (Mid-August) — Invitations are issued by the chapters and the council.
