Privacy

PNM Compass is built to hold a family’s recruitment plan, so the honest short version is this: your plan lives on your own device, we do not ask you to create an account, and nothing leaves your phone unless you tap Share.

What stays on your device

Your season, tasks, milestone dates, document and recommendation-letter statuses, outfit and packing items, notes and budget figures are stored locally on your iPhone using Apple’s on-device storage. We cannot read them.

What happens when you share a plan

When you choose to share your plan, PNM Compass sends a copy of that plan to our server so the person you shared it with can open it in a browser without installing anything. That copy contains only what you put in the plan — task titles, dates, statuses and the first names you typed. It is reachable only through the private link we generate. You can revoke the link at any time from Settings, which deletes the shared copy.

Private notes are never included in a shared plan. Anything you mark private stays on your device only.

What we never collect

Children

PNM Compass is intended for parents and college-bound students aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. To delete a shared copy from our server, revoke the link in Settings, or email us and we will remove it.

Not affiliated

PNM Compass is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any sorority, the National Panhellenic Conference, any university, or any recruitment software used by a campus.
